 3.1.2 Meet a classmate online and go over case study 7 on page 73 of your Market Leader book. Then develop task 1.
1. How can susanna  deal with the problem?

We think Susana could try to talk with her and ask the reason whereby she changes her attitude
with her, and if Susana makes a mistake ask he forgiveness.  or try to solve the diference.

If to talk with her dont help so Susana can to talk with her boss and Commenting on the situation.

2.  Do you agree with thomas that it’s no fair.?

If I agree with Thomas, because the work must be fair and also his colleague is abusive and will leave the heavy lifting on, while the merits gained.
